In this chapter it was discussed how mechanics in a game are important but they are not everything. All aspects of making a game are important and mechanics are just another aspect. He compared lead designers in game design to choreographers in dancing because that is a big part of dancing but without things like the lighting, dressing, cast, the entertainment of the dance would not be as good. Mechanics are still important and if a game has good mechanics then a game is bound to be interesting but adding the design,graphics,feel and things like that only make the game even better and more appealing to a wider audience.
